It is important for us to liaise closely with the product principal – we consider this to be a partnership. This liaison will result in recommendations to overcome production issues and implementation of mandatory requirement for product compliance.

 

We offer an open policy on the product development at every stage.  Once the design is complete we are here to support and maintain production and service requirements such as component sourcing - which includes managing obsolescence or replacement parts - and the ability to change or update the design as an ongoing process.
